Weekly Firehouse Workouts

These workouts are designed for Firefighters to be performed On-Duty with access to equipment commonly found in most Firehouse Gyms.

Each Week you will have 2 Options to choose from:

Option 1 : A Functional Workout designed to build your General Physical Preparedness & Work Capacity
that will be applicable and useful for the occupation of firefighting.

Option 2: An Aerobic Base Building workout designed by Chris Hinshaw of Aerobiccapacity.com
to help support a healthy aerobic system and build an aerobic foundation
that is sufficient and prepared to begin incorporating higher intensity workouts.

Choose the Option that best supports your needs or do both on separate days if you’d like.
If you need to modify or scale in any way, please feel free to do so.
Choose Weights that are appropriate for your Skill Level and Experience
so as to avoid any break down in form and/or technique.
